2007'57' Vauxhall Vectra Exclusiv Cdti 120 Silver No Reserve

  
This one has come in against a newer Astra Diesel. This is the ever popular Vectra 1.9 CDTi 120BHP 8v, comes with part service history, 4 virtually new tyres and a long MOT.

Here is our report after a quick walk around the vehicle and a short test drive - Car appears to be fairly clean and tidy with no major dents or scratches, does have some marks commensurate with age and mileage but nothing that needs immediate attention, or that you wouldn't expect. All four tyres have recently been replaced and have plenty of tread left on them, some marking to the alloy wheels.

Previous owner has fitted Team Heko wind deflectors to both the front and rear which are an aftermarket fitment but very good quality and do make the car look better along with some darker window tinting. Inside the car we also have an Eonon touchscreen DVD double din handfree Sat Nav head unit which appears to be in full working order (we have tested the radio and CD fuctions only but presume everything else is fine). Seats are free from any damage but rears could do with a quick clean to bring them back to their former glory.

All other equipment appears to be working, cruise control was tested and worked, as do the electric windows and power steering etc. On the test drive their were no unusual noises apart from some induction noise (not diagnosed) presumed to be down to the aftermarket induction air filter fitted. Accelaration was as expected and some suspension parts have recently been replaced which makes the drive silent and comfortable. Front N/S wheel bearing or brake caliper may need greasing as feels likes it sticking slightly, but nothing picked up on last MOT so may just be down to having sat for a while. We have some paperwork for the car, original bookpacks and MOT certificate, 2 remote contol keys. Invoice dated 13/05/2016 for x2 Rear Coil Springs, x1 ABS Sensor and a Full Service Network Q Certificate dated 10/06/2008 for a Multi Point Check Vauxhall Main Dealer Annual Inspection dated 28/12/2007 SMVR Garage Service dated 20/12/2011 SMVR Garage Service dated 20/12/2010 MOT Certificate dated 09/07/2016 to 10/07/2017 with No Advisorys MOT Certificate dated 11/07/2015 to 10/07/2016 Invoice dated 09/07/2016 for MOT including O/S Lower Arm and Gearbox Oil Replacment plus Rear Anti Roll Bar Bushes In summary if you're after a cheap relaible diesel Vectra then this could be the car for you. Cash on collection is preffered but card payments can be taken subject to a 2.5% charge. We would like to point out that these part exchanges undergo no mechanical inspections, we can only report on our findings from a quick walkaround the vehicle and a short test drive.
