3J Driveline Plated Limited Slip Differential LSD for Vauxhall Opel Vectra C 1.9 CDTi 100Bhp / 120Bhp Models with M32 Gearbox. The benefits of torque transfer technology are now an essential for most Motorsport, Performance and Fast road/Tack day participants.
The latest NXG LSD is designed and manufactured to be the strongest, most progressive and versatile LSD unit in the market place today. The NXG bevel and planet gear pack, with its big, strong tooth profile, gives not only a smooth mesh, but eliminates the rattle and excessive backlash often associated with LSD's. Whilst the plate pack, which always runs on a minimum of 8 active surfaces even in our lighter pre-load settings, gives maximum surface to surface area contact during use. The new NXG internal design gives you the flexibility to fine tune its set up should you choose to change the plates and ramp angle configuration. Chose from our extensive range of dual ramp angle blocks or have a block bespoke engineered to you specification.
The resulting combination is a bespoke configured LSD just for you. We have developed a Road setting LSD for a Helical / Geared type LSD alternative, Low noise level with massive gains over an open diff.For maximum gains for Fast road / Track use or High HP vehicles we recommend Fast Road /Track settings, please note that there be slight plate noise when operating on tight locks due to the nature of the Plate LSD with increased preloads. Race setting LSD has been designed for out right Track car or Race cars, although still usable on the road, it is recommended for mainly track cars. Road - 50/90 ramp angle - 25-30lbs/ft pre-load (Normal Road use / Fast road). Fast Road - 40/90 ramp angle - 35-40lbs/ft (Ultimate Fast road / Big power). Track - 40/90 ramp angle - 75-80lbs/ft (Fast Road / Mainly Track).
