Any heads that require the cam carrier to be sealed using sealant please do so before fitting the head to your vehicle. Please dont assume this will automatically fit there are a number of other factors to bear in mind. Cylinder heads pictured dont always include the camshaft pulley if I have one available in good condition you will get it!

If any item is damaged then DONT sign for it, dont let courier rush you. If necessary mark on the paper work item not checked and get in touch with us straight away, failure to do so will make it near impossible to carry out a claim.

ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE GOODS! All our exchanged cylinder heads & engines are fully stripped down for inspection, once stripped they are examined for damage and wear. All worn/damaged parts are replaced as required. Before re-assembly the cylinder head/engine goes through a thorough clean and decoke to remove all oil and carbon deposits.

Cylinder heads are fitted with new valve stem oil seals plus any other seals as required in re-building head, valves are sealed to maximum pressure and vacuum tested, all heads are pressure tested to 80psi, they are also skimmed with a diamond tip fly cutter with the minimum amount removed, the finish is of a very high standard. The term `engine` refers to the cylinder head / block and the components that make these up i. E pistons, cam shaft, etc Any ancillaries left on the engine e. G water pump, turbo, cam belts, etc are given free of charge and are not covered by this guarantee.

Gaskets and oil seals are not covered and we always recommend the fitting of a new cam belt kit. AGAIN CONTACT ME SO I CAN ARRANGE THIS. Monday to Thursday before 1.00 next day (not guaranteed). Thursday after 1.00 will be despatch the following day and received on the Monday. I use a company called Swift despatch, they provide tracking numbers on all items sent.
