Our couriers' deliveries MUST be signed for. All paint pens are sent via APC on an approved hazardous goods service. We can only supply paint pens to mainland UK addresses due to restrictions on this service.

In the unlikely event that items from an order consisting of multiple items were sent separately, the 14 days begins the day after the last item was received from the order.
